¾ cup cocoa
½ tsp. baking soda
⅔ cup vegetable oil
½ cup boiling water
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 ⅓ cups flour
1 tsp. vanilla
¼ tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Stir cocoa and baking soda in mixing bowl, blend ⅓ cup of oil. Add boiling water, stir until mixture thickens. Stir in sugar and eggs and remaining ⅓ cup oil until smooth. Add flour, vanilla and salt blend completely. Pour into 13inch square pan. Bake at 350º for 35 to 40 minutes.
