Ingredients:
Ingredients:
340g tinned tuna in water (drained)
1 egg
1/8 cup tuna water or milk if needed for moisture
1 3/4 cups of oat flour ( I used oatmeal ground to flour
and some whole wheat flour)
1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. of chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp to 1 tbs dried catnip (optional)
2 tbsp. of vegetable oil (I used grape seed oil)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF (160°C fan-forced), line a baking tray with baking paper.
Place the tuna, oil and egg into a blender, pulse until pureed. Tip it into a mixing bowl, add in the cheddar cheese and parsley, then the flour. When the dough is thoroughly mixed, roll it out on a lightly floured surface. It should be about 5mm thick. Use a pizza cutter to cut 2 cm squares, and place on tray. Repeat until all the dough is used. Cook for 15 minutes. Leave chips on tray to cool before storing in fridge up to 14 days.
