1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup onion, chopped
2 T olive oil
2 pounds ground beef
3 cups canned Italian tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil leaves
2 T parsley flakes
1 package lasagna noodles
1 pound ricotta cheese
1/2 pound mozzarella cheese
1/4 pound Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Saute garlic and onion in hot oil until onion is limp. Add meat and cook until begins to brown, stirring frequently. Add next 3 ingredients and cook 5 minutes. Cook lasagna noodles as directed on the package. Drain and rinse in hot water. In buttered 12x8x2" baking dish layer half the ingredients in this order: noodles, ricotta, mozzarella, meat sauce, Parmesan, Repeat.

Bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes.
