Everything Bagel Cheeseball
Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 8 0z cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tsp. horseradish
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
2 green onions, chopped
6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped

SEASONING MIX:
1/4 c. dehydrated onion
1/4 c. poppy seeds
1/4 c. sesame seeds
1/4 c. garlic flakes
Coarse sea salt
Cracked black pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, horseradish, cheddar cheese, green onions and bacon.
Form the mixture into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap & chill for at least 2 hours.

In a small bowl mix together the onion, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, garlic flakes, sea salt and cracked black pepper. Once the cheeseball is set, roll it in the "everything" bagel seasoning mix and plate.
