2 sticks of pepperoni sliced thin
** note 3 sticks if you are cooking with Bill
1 1/2 lbs/ pork steak sliced in small cubes
1 # 21/2 can of tomatoes (No. 2 1/2 can size is 3 1/2 cups or 27 to 29 ounces)
3 small 6 oz cans tomato paste
1 tblsp plus 1 # 2 1/2 can of water
20 crushed red peppers

1. In a large non-reactive sauce pan brown cubed pork. Add the pepperoni.
Add the large can of tomatoes, cans of tomato paste and water.
Add a tablespoon of crushed red pepper. Stir thoroughly.

Bring to boil and then simmer for two and a half hours or more.
