1 package of pork tenderloin cut into small cubes
1 toe of garlic.
1 package of Gallo pepperoni slices or slice a large stick.
1 large can of crushed tomatoes.
1 12 oz. can of tomato paste
2 tomato paste size cans of water.
1 Tbsp of crushed red pepper.

Directions:
Directions:
In a large non-reactive sauce pan brown chopped garlic in small amount of vegetable oil. Add cubed tenderloin and brown with the browned garlic. add the pepperoni.
Add the large can of crushed tomatoes, tomato paste and water.
Add a tablespoon of crushed red pepper.

Bring to boil and then simmer for two hours or more.
