*1 packet Hidden Valley Fiesta Ranch Dip – (reduce amount for less intense flavor)
10 ounce can Rotel Original (drain excess liquid)
16 oz sour cream
1 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a medium size bowl. Chill in fridge for 1 hour. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips. Great with veggies too! Enjoy!

Add a can of mexicorn or sweet corn (drained). I LOVE this dip with corn added!
Top with finely shredded cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes and olives.
