1 egg
salt and pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp italian seasoning
1 cup parmesan cheese grated
1/2 cup breaded crumbs
1/4 cup flour
1 lbs chicken breast thin 4 pieces
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp oil

Directions:
Directions:
first paper towel dry the chicken and then prepare 2 bowls. one is for the egg, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and italian seasoning. next you whisk the egg mixture. 2nd bowl is parmesan, bread crumbs and flour. dredge each chicken piece in egg mixture after that place a dry mixture. turn and coat each side. repeat with all chicken. Melt butter and add olive oil on medium high heat in a skillet. place coated in skillet and cook for 4 to 5 mins on each side. Press down slightly with a spatula. Turn with tongs when the first side is golden brown then flip.
