Two pounds salmon fillet
1/2 cup butter, unsalted
1 tbs brown sugar
1 tbs lemon juice
3 cloves minced garlic
1/2 tsp each dried thyme, oregano, and rosemary
Kosher salt and pepper to taste
2 tbs. chopped parsley
thin sliced lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil. Whisk melted butter together with lemon juice, brown sugar, herbs and spices. Place salmon on the foil, meat side up. Spoon butter mixture over salmon. Top with lemon slices. Fold foil over salmon and seal.

Bake until cooked through, about 15-20 minutes. Let rest a few minutes.
