8 ozs. Cottage cheese
2 Tbs. flour
2 Tbs. farina
2 Tbs. melted butter
1 egg
Pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Drain cottage cheese and squeeze dry. If you can find Farmers cheese which is a dry cottage cheese use that.
Mix in the rest of ingredients to make a dough. Take a piece of dough and flatten it and place a plum in the center with a sugar cube n the middle then close up the dough to make a dumpling.

Cook in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes.

When done roll in buttered bread crumbs before serving.
