1/3 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 9" Shortbread Pie crust
1 pkg vanilla instant pudding
Cool Whip


Directions:
Directions:
1 Mix enough powered sugar with the peanut butter to make individual granules. Reserve a few granules and spread the remainder over the bottom of the pie crust.
2 Make the pudding as per directions and let it cool.
3 Pour the pudding into the pie shell and top with Cool Whip. Decorate with the peanut butter granules.
4 Keep chilled until served Serves 6-8
