Teriyaki Sauce:
1/2 c honey
1/2 c soy sauce
1/2 c rice vinegar
2 T corn starch
2 T water

Directions:
Directions:
Slice ribs into 3-4 ribs per serving, place (rib side down) in crock pot and generously cover with chopped (not too fine) garlic. Add 3 t water. Cook on low for 8 hours

Sauce:
After ribs are cooked, place in 9 x 13 baking dish. Drain juices through strainer and add no more than 1/4 c of juice in mixing bowl. Add:
1/2 c honey
1/2 c soy sauce
1/2 c rice vinegar
2 T corn starch mixed into 2 T water

Cover ribs with sauce and let cool. Once cool, cover with foil and place in refrigerator until next day.

Bake 350 degrees, 35 minutes.
