10 cups flour
2 ½ cups instant dry milk
½ cup sugar
¼ cup baking powder
2 tablespoons salt

Directions:

Combine flour, dry milk, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl; stir to blend. Store mixture in an airtight container and use within 8 months.
 

Pancakes

1 ½ cups pancake mix
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 cup water
3 tablespoons oil

Directions:
Directions:
Put pancake mix in a medium bowl. Combine egg, water, and oil in a small bowl. Add egg mixture to pancake mix. Blend well. Add more water if thinner pancakes are desired. Let stand for 5 minutes. Cook on a hot buttered griddle about 3 to 4 minutes, until browned on both sides.
 

Puff Oven Pancakes

4 tablespoons butter
4 eggs
⅔ cup milk
⅔ cup pancake mix

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450°F. Put 2 tablespoons butter each in two 9-inch pie plates. Put in preheating oven to melt butter. In a blender, combine eggs, milk, and pancake mix. Pour batter into pie plates. Bake about 18 minutes until pancakes are puffy and browned. Do not open oven while pancakes are cooking.
