16 ounces butter
16 ounces brown sugar
16 ounces confectioners sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
½ teaspoon ground cloves (optional)
½ teaspoon ground allspice (optional)
4 cups vanilla ice cream, softened

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, confectioners sugar, and spices. Add ice cream, mix until well blended. Pour into freezer-safe containers and store in the freezer for up to 6 months. The batter will not solidify.
 

Cocktail

2 to 3 tablespoons hot buttered rum batter
4 ounces boiling water, divided
2 ounces rum

Directions:
Directions:
Add batter to a warm mug and pour in 2 ounces of boiling water. Stir to mix, add rum and the rest of the water, stir again. Garnish with fresh nutmeg.
