1Box Any Kind of Pie Crusts
1/3 Cup Butter
1/2 medium onion
3-5 garlic cloves chopped finely
1/3 cup flour
1-1/2-cup Chicken broth
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp thyme-optional
1/2 tsp rosemary-optional
Any seasonings you want to add to the mixture

Small rotisserie chicken picked/shredded
2cups frozen Vegas-thawed-peas, carrots etc
End 1 egg beaten with a teaspoon of water

HEAT OVEN 425 Degrees
In a saucepan mix butter, onion & garlic, stir in flour and any seasonings
Stir in broth and milk till bubbly & thickened!
Stir in chicken and thawed vegetables.
I take the bottom crust and bake it until crispy, then I add the mixture
To the baked bottom crust! Then add the top crust, make slits if you want.
I then brush the egg mixture on the top crust.
Bake 30-35 minutes until crust is golden brown
