1 chicken cut up into pieces with the skin on
2 garlic cloves finely chopped
1 Tablespoon fresh rosemary pulled off stems
Salt and pepper
8 ounce glass of wine ( either red or white,I prefer red)
1/2 cup of balsamic vinegar ( you could also use wine vinegar

Directions:

Put cut-up pieces of chicken in skillet with some olive oil. Season with salt, pepper garlic powder (not garlic salt) or fresh garlic and fresh rosemary. Cook until chicken is almost done, reduce heat to low, and add an 8 ounce glass of wine (either red or white, I prefer red) and at 1/2 cup of balsamic vinegar (you could also use wine vinegar but use a little less because it is not as sweet as balsamic is.
Cover and simmer over low heat
I let it cook down until it slightly thickens. Don’t let it get too thick or it will get a little bitter. If that happens just thin it down with some water.
Serve with pasta or vegetables
