1 lb. mozzarella cheese
1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
1 lb, monterey jack cheese
1 2 lb. box maccaroni
1/4 cup olive oil
Sea salt
1/4 cup basil
1/4 cup parmesan chees
1/4 cup romano cheese
3/4 cup butter
4 qt. boiling water and a 1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Bring 4 qts water to a boil. add 2 pound box maccaroni, and 1/4 cup olive oil, and 2 tablespoons sea salt. Allow maccaroni to come to a boil. Don't over cook. Set aside until cool. In the mean time start shredding all 3 cheeses. Set aside.
Begin by creating layers in a stock pot, prior to adding maccarroni butter bottom and sides of pan. Place 1 thin layer maccaronni, top with a little monterrey jack chees, then a thin layer of sharp yello cheese, then thin layer of mozzarla cheese. Sprinkle a little bit of basil over top. Start with layer again, Layer at least 4 layers always adding a little bit of basil.

Use 3 cups of cold milk, 4 eggs, and 3 teaspoons sea salt, and 3 teaspoons sugar. Blend throughly.

Pour the milk over maccaroni and sprinkle parmasian, and romano cheese over top. sprinkle with peparika.

Bake at 375 degrees for about 40 minutes
