1 1/2 c gratted coconut
1/3 sugar
1/4 dark sugar
2 T cornstarch
1/4 t salt
1 lemon and zest
1 nectarine
6 Maria cookies
Directions:
Directions:
Heat sugar milk and cornstarch
In a few minutes add eggs
And coconut and lemon. Cook about 5 mins. Pour on cookies and on top nectarine. To refrigerator.
