1 lb ground beef
½ c chopped onion
2 c frozen beans and carrots
3 oz sliced mushrooms (1 cup)
14 oz can diced tomatoes, undrained
12 oz jar beef gravy
2 Tbsp chili sauce
½ tsp dried basil
1/8 tsp pepper
1 pouch roasted garlic mashed potatoes
1 ½ c hot water
½ c milk
2 tsp butter
2 tsp shredded parmesan


Directions:

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook beef an onion in 12” skillet. Stir in frozen vegetables, mushrooms, tomatoes, gravy, chili sauce, basil and pepper. Heat to boiling. Simmer 10 minutes until vegetables are tender.
2. Cook potatoes as directed on package.
3. Spoon beef mixture into 8x8 dish or 2 quart casserole. Spoon potatoes onto beef mixture around edge of dish. Sprinkle with cheese.
4. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes.
