2 cups flour
¾ teas baking soda
½ teas salt
1 cup sugar
¼ cup butter, softened
2 large eggs
1 ½ cups mashed ripe bananas (about 3 bananas)
1/3 cup plain lowfat yogurt
1 teas vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt, stirring with whisk.
3. Place sugar and butter in large bowl, and beat with a mixer at medium speed until well blended (1 minute).
4. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one.
5. Add bananas, yogurt and vanilla; beat until blended at low speed.
6. Spoon batter into an 8 ½ x 4 ½ inch loaf pan coated with cooking spray.
7. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
8. Cool 10 minutes in pan on a wire rack; remove from pan. Cool completely on wire rack.
