1 pkg (18¼ oz.) lemon cake mix
4 eggs
1 can (15¾ oz.) lemon pie filling
1 pkg (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
½ c. butter, softened
2 c. confectioners’ sugar
1½ tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cake mix and eggs until well-blended. Fold in the pie filling. Spread into a greased 15”x10”x1” baking pan. Bake at 350º for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, butter, and confectioners’ sugar until smooth. Stir in the vanilla. Spread over the cake. Store in refridge.
