1 cup shredded carrots
1 onion, diced
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup long grain rice, uncooked
1 can (14 1/2 ounces) chicken broth
1 teaspoon lemon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, saute carrots and onion in butter until tender. Add rice, and stir to cook. Stir in broth and lemon pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover, and simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
