3 jumbo franks
1 tin diced tomatoes
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 clove garlic, minced
1 small onion, diced
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper
Basil, roughly chopped - a small fistful
2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Heat oil in a large pot. Fry sausage pieces for 1 to 2 minutes until they have taken on some good color. Add onion and garlic. Fry until translucent. Add tomatoes, and season well with salt and pepper. Cover, and cook for 10 minutes on medium heat.

Remove the lid. Add cream, cheeses, and basil.

Add the pasta and a little reserved pasta water. Stir well. Finish with a little more basil and parmesan.
