1/2 lb German sweet chocolate
1 1/2 Tbs water
4 eggs, separated
2 Tbs powdered sugar
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1 cup whipping cream
1 angel food cake - purchased
Directions:
Directions:
1 Melt Chocolate, add water, remove from heat. add egg yokes, one at a time & beat
2 Add powdered huger & nuts.
3 Fold in beaten egg whites & whipped cream
4 Arrange broken pieces of cake in the bottom of a loaf pan, Pour mixture in, alternating layers
5 Place in freezer for 24 hours. 8 servings
