1 cup butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 cup peanut butter
3 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter until fluffy. Add sugars, and beat until well combined. Add vanilla, eggs, and peanut butter. Add dry ingredients. Mix on low speed until just combined.

Roll dough into 1" balls, and place on a baking sheet. Flatten with a fork dipped in granulated sugar (criss cross).

Bake at 375º for about 9 minutes or until very lightly browned.
