Ingredients:  
2 eggs
cup sugar
Grated rind of 1 lemon
Melted butter
1 pint (16 ozs.) sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter to brush on dough. Mix eggs, sugar till light and lemon colored. Add lemon peel and mix in.

Stretch out strudel dough and spread with butter then eggs mixture, then top with dollops of sour cream.

Roll up and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
