6 cups flour
1¼ sticks butter (8 Tbs)
1 tsp. Salt
¾ cup sugar
3 pkgs. dry yeast
1 cup milk
4 eggs


Directions:
Directions:
Put sifted flour and salt into a large bowl. Heat milk, butter, sugar to lukewarm. Mix yeast with a little warm milk to dissolve and let proof in a warm place. When yeast has risen add milk,butter milk and sugar mixture, yeast and eggs to the flour.

Beat until it forms bubbles. Place dough in a warm place until it rises to double it’s size. Then roll out and cut into rounds for doughnuts.

Fry in hot oil until brown and done.
