1¾ cups flour
½ tsp. Salt
½ cup packed brown sugar
½ cup peanut butter
2 Tbs. milk
1 tsp. Baking soda
½ cup sugar
½ cup shortening
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
Hershey’s Chocolate Kisses
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except chocolate kisses in bowl and mix at low speed until dough forms. Shape dough into balls. Roll balls in sugar and place on greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 375º for 10-12 minutes. Top each cookie with a chocolate kiss (while still warm). Press down firmly until cookie cracks around middle.
