16 ozs. Cream Cheese
16 ozs. Ricotta Cheese
1 cup sugar
Zest of 1 Lemon
3 Tbs. Flour
3 Tbs. Cornstarch
5 Eggs
16 ozs. Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the 2 packages of cream cheese, ricotta cheese, sugar and lemon zest. Add the flour and cornstarch which have been sifted together. Mix in the eggs, one at a time at slow speed. Mix in the sour cream.

Line a spring form pan with parchment paper. Fill and bake at 350º for one hour.

I got this recipe from a lady at a German dance we went to in Casselberry, Florida. They were selling her cheesecake and we all liked it so I asked for the recipe and she gave it to me. It is an easy one to make.
