1-Pound O’s Round Steak or Chuck Steak (Boneless)
1Can Crushed Tomatoes
1 Large Onion
1/4 cup oil for Frying the Steak
2-4 Garlic cloves Chopped
1-2cups Flour for Steak

6 potatoes( mashed)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the steak up in small pieces, whatever sizes you desire. Flour and season meat as you want. Get the grease hot, fry all pieces of Meat until crispy on both sides. When done, set aside. Pour out what grease you do not need. Add tomatoes, onions, and garlic all together with the meat back into the pan of drippings. Turn up heat till boiling, then turn to low and simmer until meat tender. Approximately 35-45 minutes.

Best with mashed potatoes
