1 c. Butter
½ c. Powered Sugar
¼ tsp Salt
2 ¼ c. Flour
1 tsp. Vanilla
3/4 c. Chopped Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Chop pecans if needed. Cream butter and powdered sugar together till fluffy. Add in vanilla and mix. Mix in flour and salt. Finally mix in chopped pecans. Using your hands, roll into 1 inch balls and add to cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Let cookies cool till warm but no longer hot to the touch. Roll in powdered sugar.
