10 slices cooked bacon
3 cups chicken broth
2 pound potatoes peeled and diced
1 diced medium yellow onion
6 garlic cloves minced
1 tab parsley
4 tablespoons unsalted butter

1/3 cup flour
1 can evaporated milk
Salt and pepper
2 cups cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Put potatoes, onion, bacon, butter, parsley, salt and pepper
Cook 3.5 hours in crockpot on high. Cook until potatoes are tender.
Once soup is cooked, in separate bowl add whisk flour salt and pepper and evaporated milk.
Take a potato masher and mash potatoes where there is small chunks.
Add bowl to crockpot and add cheese. Stir, Cook 10 more minutes.

Serve with cheese sprinkled on top.
