3 Russet potatoes
Yellow onion
Pimentos
2 celery stalks
2 eggs
Hot garlic Kosher pickles
Spicy mustard
Olive oil mayonnaise
Salt and Black pepper, to taste
Celery seeds
Paprika

3 nice sized Russet potatoes peel and cut into pieces and place in a pan of water to boil until done.
2 eggs, boiled until done. While the potatoes and eggs are cooking do the following:
⅓ cup of yellow onion, diced into small pieces. Drain liquid from small jar of pimentos. 2 stalks of celery, diced into small pieces. 3 medium sized pickels, diced into small pieces. After potatoes and eggs are cooked and cooled, add the above ingredient into a bowl. Add mustard and mayonaise to make creamy for your preference and then stir in the salt, black pepper and celery seeds. After all items mixed together, sprinkle paprika on top. Cool and then serve.
