¼ cup margarine
⅓ cup brown sugar, packed
¼ cup granulated sugar
¾ tsp. vanilla extract
1 egg white
1½ cups flour
¾ tsp. baking soda
2 tbsps. plus 2 tsps. water
½ cup semi sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Beat margarine, both sugars and vanilla till fluffy. Beat in egg whites. In another bowl combine flour and baking soda and mix well. Reduce to low speed. Alternately beat in flour mixture and water into margarine mixture, beginning and ending with flour. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls 1" apart on prepared baking sheets. Bake until lightly golden about 10-12 minutes. Place baking sheet on wire rack and cool 2 minutes. Transfer cookies to rack and cool completely.
