10 oz broccoli
24 oz chicken broth
1/2 can Rotel
12 oz Velveeta ( I have used regular cheddar cheese to be healthier but it doesn't melt as well)
1 1/4 tbsp butter
1/4 cup flour
cracked pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Bring broccoli, rotel, & 20 oz of chicken to a boil. Reduce to medium-low for 15 min.
Add velveeta and stir until melted
Meanwhile, in a medium sauce pan, melt butter, stir in flour and cook 1 minute. Add 4 oz broth and whisk until smooth. Heat over medium heat until thick and bubbly. air until paste-like.
Stir-in mixture to soup.

Simmer for 30 min
