1 lb. noodles
1 bunch asparagus
1/2 sweet red pepper
2 tablespoon olive oil/some butter
2+ chopped garlic cloves
¼ cup white wine (optional)
1 can chicken broth (less if needed)

Directions:
Directions:
Add chopped asparagus about 1 inch in length. Saute along with oil & garlic. Add chopped sweet red pepper after you think asparagus is about cooked to how you like it. Add shrimp (also scallops if you wish). When shrimps start to cook, add 1/4 cup white wine (optional) and 1 can of chicken broth (less if needed). Season with basil, salt, and pepper. You might want to add more garlic powder or salt. Pour over cooked linguine noodles, mix, and serve. Make sure noodles are not overcooked when adding to mix.
