12 peppers
4 lb hamburger uncooked (15 lb)
2 cups bread crumbs (8-10c). 4-6 slices of bread. (Dry bread or hamburger buns is best and break into small pieces)
4 -6 eggs. (1doz)
1-2 cup milk
2 -3 tsp salt
Dash of Pepper
1 TBS sage (3-4)
1 TBS Poultry seasoning (3-4)
2 TBS Worcestershire sauce (6-8)
2 c ketchup (6c)
Or onion flakes
Chopped pieces of peppers

Directions:
Wash cleaned peppers - cut off tops of peppers to leave desired height to fill. Save tops and dice to add to meatloaf ingredients. Clean insides of peppers and par boil them to get them semi soft -
place in casserole dish - tightly fitting.




Filling for Stuff peppers or Meatloaf
Break bread into small pieces and add enough milk to soften them.
Combine all other ingredients -adding milk , eggs and ketchup last Depending on dryness add enough moisture

Fill peppers and squirt ketchup on top
Add an inch of water to bottom of dish and foil
Bake 350 for 1 hour.
