1 pound calf liver, sliced thin
salt
flour
2 large onions, sliced
cooking oil
2 cup milk
10 inch skillet

Directions:
Directions:
Salt liver and coat with flour. Pour oil into skillet and heat. Brown liver in oil and remove from skillet; drain. Saute onions in skillet until tender. Remove and drain. Use 1/4 cup oil and 3 tablespoons flour; brown. Pour in milk and cook until thickened. Place liver in casserole; top with onions and cover with gravy. Place uncovered, in 400º oven for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
