2 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup diced green pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons cajun seasoning
1/2 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 bay leaf
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup ketchup
1 pound ground beef
1 egg
1/2 cup rolled oats

Glaze:
1/3 cup ketchup
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Place butter in a skillet, and melt over medium heat. Add onion and peppers, and saute until tender. Add all of the seasonings, and cook for about 5 minutes. Stir in the milk and ketchup, and cook for 2 minutes. Remove the bay leaf. Let cool slightly.

In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked sauce, ground beef, egg, and oats. Stir to combine. Form into a loaf, and place in a greased baking dish. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.

In a small bowl, combine the glaze ingredients. Spread on top of baked meatloaf. Place under the broiler for about 5 minutes, until bubbly.
