32 ounces tater tots (enough to fill an 11 x 17" baking sheet)
1 cup sour cream
1 cup ranch dressing
3 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Place tater tots in an even layer on an 11 x 17" baking sheet. Bake tater tots at 425º according to package directions, until golden brown and crispy.

Mix sour cream and dressing in a small bowl. Spread over cooked tater tots. Sprinkle with cheese, bacon, and parsley. Return to the oven for just a couple minutes until cheese has begun to melt. Serve immediately.
