3 cups shredded cabbage
1 medium onion, chopped
1 pound medium ground beef
3 Tbs. rice, uncooked
10 ounce can cream of tomato soup
1 soup can of water
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
garlic to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place shredded cabbage in greased casserole dish.

In separate dish mix soup, water and rice.

Heat oil in frying pan and cook beef, onion, salt, pepper and garlic salt.

Pour meat over cabbage.

Pour tomato soup mixture over beef.

Cover and bake at 325 F for 1 1/2 hours.

This is a great casserole when you are craving cabbage rolls but don't want to fiddle with boiling the cabbage leaves. It's quick to put together and gives her the same flavour as cabbage rolls.
