1 cup raisins
1/2 small red onion
2 to 3 bunches broccoli
1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
10 to 12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup mayonnaise
Sugar to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Chop red onion fine and add raisins. Set aside in a 2 quart bowl. Cut the stalks from the broccoli and break into flowerets. Add to the bowl with the onion and raisins. Add bacon, mayonnaise, vinegar and salt. Toss and let marinate.

Taste best if left to marinate overnight. I got this recipe from a friend, Saundra, at church. It is absolutely delicious!
