6 eggs
8 oz. Sour Cream
1/2 cup Picante Sauce or Salsa
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In blender mix eggs and sour cream. Add salsa and cheese and blend a bit more. Pour into an 8 X 8 sprayed Pyrex baking dish and bake at 350 for 30- 40 minutes.

Decorate the top with tomato slices and sprinkle it with cheese; serve with salsa on the side.
