Chocolate Coconut Crust:
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
2 Tablespoons Butter
2 Tablespoons hot milk
2/3 Cup powdered sugar
1 1/3 cups coconut flakes


Pie Ingredients:
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1 Cup powdered sugar
1/2 Cup (1 stick) butter, softened
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
slivered orange rind

Crust:
Grease 9 inch pie pan. Melt chocolate with butter in heavy saucepan. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Mix well. Press firmly on bottom and sides of pie pan. Chill 1 hour before filling with chiffon filling, ice-cream or cream filling.

Cream Pie Filling:
Prepare Crust. Melt chocolate in double boiler over simmering water, cool. Cream sugar, butter and salt together until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla and melted chocolate. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating at high speed after each addition. Spoon into crust. Chill Top with whipped cream. Garnish with orange rind.
