Ingredients:  
1 cups self rising flour
cup sugar
1 egg beaten
cup milk
teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup oil
3/4 cup blueberries



Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400
Combine flour, sugar, egg, milk, oil, and vanilla. Mix to blend. Fold in blueberries. Spoon into greased and floured muffin cups. Bake 25 minutes or until springs back in the center when compressed.
