One French Stick
One package Prosciutto
One package Gruyere cheese
Olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Slice the French bread into uniform slices
Place prosciutto on each slice, trimming to fit, as required
Place sliced Gruyere on top to fit
Put the slice bottom down in a side plate covered in olive oil
Place the slices olive oil side down on a medium hot grill
Cover, checking every couple of minutes
Remove from grill once cheese is melted
Serve immediately.
