12 large eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
2 T spicy brown mustard
1/4 cup mayo
1/4 cup sweet relish
1 tsp fresh ground black pepper
Smoked paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Slice each egg in half lengthwise
Scoop out yolks into a bowl. Place egg whites cut side up on a platter
Add a portion of the mustard, mayo, relish, and black pepper into a bowl with the yolks
Mash, mash, mash. Use a fork.
Add the remaining mustard, mayo, relish and black pepper to taste. Mix until almost creamy.
Scoop or pipe yolk mixture in to egg white halves.
Sprinkle with smoked paprika.
