1 can mushrooms = 780 mg

1 small onion chopped - 0 mg

1 small green pepper - 0 mg

2 stalks celery - 0 mg

2 cans no salt added kidney beans - 70 mg

2 cans small tomato sauce (no salt added) - 130 mg

1 can large no salt tomato sauce - 140 mg

1 can large reg tomato sauce - 2870 mg

1 small tomato juice - 470 mg

1 tbsp carol shelby seasoning - 660 mg

1 tsp. cumin - 0 mg

1 tbsp no salt chili powder - 0 mg

brown hamburger, onions, celery and green pepper.

mix all together in soup pot and simmer for a couple hours.
