1 c. Apple Cider Vinegar
Minced Garlic
3 T. Soy Sauce
3 T. Brown Sugar
Ground Pepper
1 Hot Pepper
2 Onions Cut in Rings
1 London Broil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except onion and meat in a food processor and puree. Marinate the meat and onion rings for several hours or overnight. Take the meat and onions out of the marinade, grill the meat about 8-11 minutes per side (8 for rare) along with the onions. you can take the leftover marinade and reduce in a saucepan for a gravy.
