Ingredients:  
1 lb. gr. meat
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 T. shortening
1 sm. onion diced
1/2 green pepper diced
2 1/2 c. V 8 juice
dash of nutmeg
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine gr. meat, rice, salt and pepper.
Form into balls.
Place in baking dish.
In skillet place shortening, onion and gr. pepper.
Add juice and spices.
Pour over meat balls.
Cover and bake 350 degrees 1 to 1 1/2 hrs.
